Why Pelvic Health Physical Therapy?
The pelvic floor and core are impacted by injuries, accidents, surgeries and other life events over the course of our lives. And pregnancy and postpartum phases can take a toll on our bodies - with changes in posture, breathing mechanics, muscle strength and stability.
