Why Pelvic Health Physical Therapy?

The pelvic floor and core are impacted by injuries, accidents, surgeries and other life events over the course of our lives. And pregnancy and postpartum phases can take a toll on our bodies - with changes in posture, breathing mechanics, muscle strength and stability.

Manual therapy

Education

Info and instructions about your body, postures, and movements to keep you comfortable, safe and able to participate in daily activities.

I am passionate about helping other women take charge of their bodies and health.

Our bodies have incredible healing potential, regardless of our history or current complaints.

Sometimes we need help to remove the road blocks and to reconnect to our full healing potential.

My goals are to:

  • Help you understand and respond to your body to support its healing; 

  • And provide tools and techniques to help you reach your goals and be pain-free.
